Attorney Fırat Aşık

Attorney Fırat Aşık started the university education in 2008 and completed the undergraduate studies at Marmara University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Journalism. During the undergraduate studies, he worked as assistant in the director's team in television and series production companies. Subsequently, he held various positions at home and abroad in the field of television domestic production, advertising and corporate communications.

He started his career in journalism by working as assistant in channels such as MTV Turkey, Nicoledeon and Sci Tech within the Multi Channel Developers (MCD) group. Then he continued his career at Cumhuriyet Newspaper where he worked for a long time as News Editor. While working as a journalist, he attended Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences and completed the Master's Degree in Political Science. During this period, as a result of following the important cases of the period and being involved in the field of law, he turned to legal education. While continuing his career in journalism, he started his legal adventure and successfully completed Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law.

Since his first step into the field of law, he has benefited from the support, experience and knowledge of his grandfather, Att. Ertuğrul Erol, who is a retired High Criminal Judge. He started his formal internship as a trainee lawyer in Yarsuvat&Yarsuvat Law Office working with Att. Hüseyin Ersöz and after completing the internship, continued to work as a lawyer at Hüseyin Ersöz Law Firm.

Att. Fırat Aşık is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. He speaks Russian and English fluently. Our office provides legal consultancy services to local and foreign clients in all areas of Turkish law. It provides consultancy services on legal and commercial matters to legal and natural persons in the management of foreign investment projects abroad, especially in Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, other CIS countries and the Middle East countries.

Att. Fırat Aşık is specialized in the fields of International Private Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Inheritance Law, Communication Law and Real Estate Disputes in Turkey and abroad. He carries out procedures of registration and cancellation of real estate rights of companies especially located in Russian-speaking countries as well as pursues cases in many areas. Today, our office continues to provide legal consultancy to companies operating in Turkey and abroad.
